All tweezers are inspected and tested before shipping out to you. Tweezers are final sale and non-refundable. 

Adhesives:

Adhesives are final sale but if bottle comes defective or broken you have three (3) days to exchange your bottle. 

Lashes & Accessories: 

You have three (3) days to return and exchange your unopened & unused product. Product must be in mint condition in their original packaging in order to recieve an exchange  PureArtistry is not responsible for covering the costs of returns & exchange of the unused products. PureArtistrywill inspect products & if they come damage we will not issue the exchange.
